The 5th installment of the Midwest Best $1000 Showcase crowned 2 new winners in never in never before fashion. This #MWB was one of the most complicated to judge with talent from across the Midwest bringing their A game and nothing less taking 10-15 minutes to decide the winner. But, for the 1st time ever the Midwest Best crowned an R & B singer, Fitzgerald as the winner of the #MWB5 by an almost unanimous decision by the judges.The second prize of $500, which is given to the artist that brings the biggest following was given to Cash Zone who brought most of their fans out on a exclusive 20 passenger party bus that took them to and from the event. This was the 1st time a party bus has ever invaded the Midwest Best & the investment paid off.The top runner ups include Dayton’s QP, Indianapolis artist Shach, Quazy Not Crazy, & Chicago’s Young Rico.
