She is now a Public Figure, with so much to give to the world of Media. Consandra is now transformed into, Lady A (The Doe). For the past ten + years, Lady A has clawed her way up through the ranks in all forms of media and entertainment with so many prestigious companies added to her resume.
Lady A furthered her education in 2009 and went further to graduate as an accredited Media Mogul to say the least. With education and a strong resume behind her, Lady A is the host of multiple shows and on FM Radio
” The Pressure Session’s Bang it or Slang it” and now runs her own podcast from WDOE Media
as a well-respected personality.
Despite all obstacles, Lady A is an entrepreneur, the owner of Lady A Graphics & Media, LLC.
Lady A is a graphic designer, videographer, photographer, who also does Radio Broadcasting, Television, Editing, Web Design, Modeling, Sales, and Marketing.

Lady A is currently building her production “WDOE Media, in memory of the recent passing of her third youngest child “Robbie” Lady A is currently making the documentary that will be the catalyst in her career but shining light on the problems in the juvenile system. Lady A will launch her clothing brand (Hood Geek) and short films with the help of the team she has formed alongside her oldest son who is taking on his talents «The Wright Way!” Lady A will do this in honor of Robbie and for her other children as well.

Never giving up is the one talent that Lady A never truly acknowledge or added to her resume, but the story basically tells it all.
Some people find other doors after they close but Lady A took the time to learn how to create and build her own doors and does not plan on blocking entrance for those who want to walk in beside her.
Spencity born Josh Spencer is a hybrid hip hop and r & b artist influenced by the early 90’s and southern culture that created him. Early in his entertainment journey he ventured into comedy & gospel, before switching genre’s & gaining momentum in 2021. Mid 21′ crossed paths with Midwest based promoter/ dj team Whobeta & Uncanny, that introduction led to opportunities to perform in Cleveland for Big Heff’s A & R showdown during Nerve Dj Weekend, opening for Benzino in central Illinois & Cincinnati, and connecting with Benzino ally Tjuan the Benefactor & forming an alliance with him that includes a distribution deal through Empire records.
Since the end of 2021 Spencity has strategically spent multiple weeks in certain cities to establish his base. Most of November he built in the STL & central Illinois market, December of 21 he spent most of the month in Cincinnati working with indie artist & promoters across the 513, and early January he toured the Dallas. While in Dallas Spencity performed on multiple stages and met several people including Dee Herm the Voice of Texas. Before leaving Dallas on his next venture Spen linked up with Dee Hern & recorded his latest single “Last Night in Dallas,” a slow R & B tune similar to the Plies & Pretty Ricky era of hip hop.
