Spencity born Josh Spencer is a hybrid hip hop and r & b artist influenced by the early 90’s and southern culture that created him. Early in his entertainment journey he ventured into comedy & gospel, before switching genre’s & gaining momentum in 2021. Since the end of 2021 Spencity has strategically spent multiple weeks in certain cities to establish his base.
