S.O. started rapping at the age of 13 with school mates, in his neighborhood near Hazelwood East, in St.Louis County, forming the rap group Tha Solid, dropping numerous mixtapes, while recording at a members in home studio. After high school members of the group went there separate ways, and S.O. the rapper turned in to S.O. the Hustler. After high school S.O. had numerous jobs and hustles including cutting hair, construction work, and just about anything else to earn some money, including running the streets, which kept him in trouble with the law being arrested multiple times in a matter of years. After the birth of his 1st son S.O. wanted to turn his life around and enrolled in college, taking up Business Management at Sanford Brown college.
In 2013 S.O. the Hustler performed for the 1st time ever, in front of New No Limit A & R Dollar Bill, at Cuetopia II. Which he claimed was a good 1st experience, that night he met Dj Whobeta who gave him several opportunities including his 1st radio interview ever, aired on 89.5 the wave and a performance at the 2nd Midwest Best $1000 showcase. From there S.O hired a music manager out of New York who helped him learn the business side of the music industry. With his help S.O. released the single “Wilding Out” which received great feedback, but he admits that it didn’t take off how he expected. Through out the Spring and Summer S.O performed at several venues including the Mad Magician for Arch Front media, and Fubar with Afton shows. In late 2014 he took his show on the road for the 1st time, being heard on 90.7 Fm in Peoria, Il with Dj Lavish, and performing at Bar None in Springfield, Il.
In 2015 S.O. started Sinai Records, and started his music archive from scratch, releasing the new Single “A New Day,” & is building his catalog to an album by the end of the year. For booking or more info on S.O. contact S.O.firstname.lastname@example.org or 3146296404.
